We are on a mission to make healthy living easy and affordable by proving our members access to organic, sustainable, vegan and speciality products at the best prices. We sell:

  • A range of drinks including coffees, teas, soft drinks and even non-alcoholic wines and beers. 

We constantly stock over 1000 different products and we are adding new products every week.

It's important that everyone benefits from WellEasy - consumers and producers alike. WellEasy offers lower prices on products because the majority of our money isn't made on the sale of products but on memberships. This is something unlike much of the supermarkets and wellness shops in the UK.

Our producers are incredibly important to us here at WellEasy and we choose work directly with them as much as possible. We want to showcase their products for their health and sustainability values, and in doing so offer great prices on their products in line with our mission. The more the WellEasy community grows, the more we can cut out the middle men, making sure to help producers as much as we can and bring you the best prices possible.

Our founders have known each other for a long-while. Sonny and Josh have played football against each other since the age of 8, attending the same schools and keeping in touch throughout university through a shared passion for healthy living. Kieran is a friend of Josh's from university who's passionate about health living and making good things more affordable. 

WellEasy was formed after the trio successfully setup another business. Josh, Sonny and Kieran started a healthy snack company at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, eventually delivering healthy snacks to more than 2,000 people in one-month. Being featured in the BBC and being asked to speak on Sky News was an amazing accomplishment, testament to the time that the business was setup in. As companies began to demand solutions that didn't place healthy living at the core, the team used the customers who had received their boxes, to develop an easy new way to make healthy living more affordable for everyone. 

Our founders firmly believe that everyone deserves the chance to live a healthier no matter their background or financial situation. They want to create a world where it's easier to make a healthier choice, than it is an unhealthy one.  

Delivery

We are happy to offer free delivery on all orders £39 and over. If an order is less than £39, a delivery charge of £4.99 will be added to your order. 


Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping. Follow us on social media for further updates about international shipping. 

We are happy to delivery across mainland Great Britain. 

This is excluding the Scottish highlands and islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. As soon as we are able to expand shipping to Northern Ireland, we plan on offering this service. 

Making things easier is in our DNA here at WellEasy, so any of our products can be fully refunded within 14 days after an order has been place.

How to request a refund on damaged or lost products:

If your product arrives not as describes or in less than perfect condition, please email help@welleasy.co.uk with a photo and a short description of what has happened. Our customer success team will be in touch and refund will be transferred to your account immediately.

If you've changed your mind on an item and would like to return it, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

How to return an item:

Please only send your items back inside appropriate packaging (Glass items to be sent in protective packaging). If items return damaged or in poor condition we won't be able to give you a refund

1. Please include a returns note inside the parcel so our returns team know exactly what to do with it. You can download our returns note here.

2. We recommend sending your parcel via myHermes or UPS as this is a much cheaper option than Royal Mail. You can take your parcel to one of their 4,500+ parcel shops across the UK

3. Send your parcel to: Unit 6, Headlands Trading Estate, Swindon, SN2 7JQ.

4. Once your return is received, we will email you about your refund, which will take 5 working days to land back in your account. The refund will be made to the original payment method used.

Please note: We advise customers to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that their parcels are sent via a secure and reputable courier company.

Cancelling orders

We work quickly to pick and pack your orders so that we can get your healthy goods to you as soon as possible. This means that once an order has been placed, your order can't be amended or cancelled. Changes to delivery address and payment methods won't apply. Please don't worry though as you can always return any unwanted orders to us for a full refund.

Membership and Account

We believe it's our job to give you the best healthy living experience possible - that's why we offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not happy with your membership, no questions asked. It takes less than 30 seconds to cancel your membership and you can do so from your account page. All you need to do is click on manage membership and then press cancel to cancel your membership and the cancellation is effective immediately. 

You can cancel at anytime during your 30-day cooling off period up until midnight of the 30th day by getting in touch with us at help@welleasy.co.uk and we will refund your membership fee. 

If you cancel after your cooling-off period, your membership will be active for the period paid for and ineffective thereafter, and no refund will be issued.

Becoming a member with WellEasy costs just £29 for the year (under £2.50 a month). This is for a limited time only whilst we build the service that our community deserve. The membership allows access to our range of the best health and wellness goods at up to 45% off RRP and can be cancelled at anytime. 

When purchasing a membership, we do not automatically create an account for you. In order to place your first order, you will need to create your own WellEasy account. Once you've successfully purchased a membership you will be redirected to a page that allows you to build your account, choosing your own password and learning how to manage your subscription. All of your orders can be stored in your account should there be any issues that occur. 

Once becoming a member, you have 30 days risk-free to decide whether WellEasy is right for you or not. If you decide by the end of the 30 days that it's not, we will refund the full cost of your membership.  

If you cancel after your 30 day cooling off period, your credit or debit or PayPal account will be charged and your membership will be valid for the period of time paid for.  

We are a membership based marketplace and rely on our members to help us give them more affordable prices on products they love. Although you pay for your membership upfront, you can still cancel your membership and receive a full refund during your 30 day risk-free oeriod. Just get in touch with us at help@welleasy.co.uk and we can issue you a full refund.

Placing Your Order

Our membership allows you to order as often or as little as you like, with no order limits. You can place an order monthly, weekly or daily if you would like to! With savings of up to 50% off RRP, the more you shop on Welleasy, the more you can save.

If you think you've there are any errors with regards to incorrect charges or additional items being purchases unknowingly, please contact us straight away to resolve the issue.

We try to keep our pricing as simple and transparent as possible, making sure to offer lower prices all of the time. WellEasy isn't a place for special offers and sales. It's a place for saving money and learning about healthier products that work for your lifestyle. 

Our prices are up to 45% below the recommended retail price (RRP) and no matter whether you buy in bulk or individually, we sell our healthy goods at wholesale prices across the curated selection we have. 

Healthy goods made more affordable. That's all it is really. We want people to think of easiness and happiness when it comes to choosing healthy living. 

All of our savings are worked out against the recommended retail price (RRP) that our partnered brands provide us with. These prices are also displayed clearly on our website against each item that's in the store. 

Most supermarkets in the UK charge between £4-£8 per delivery. At WellEasy, we prioritise the affordability aspect of healthy living and therefore offer a free delivery on all orders over £49!

Very occasionally, some of our prices may not be the cheapest on the market at that time. Supermarkets are very tactical with their pricing but this often means very inconsistent prices in these places. Making healthy living affordable for everyone means that we consistently offer lower prices. You'll never come back onto our site to find that your favourite wellness product has suddenly jumped in price. 

Many big retailers are able to offer one-time discounts on products but our commitment is to the overall basket/order savings you make. With no minimum spend and free delivery on all orders over £49, we're certain that our members will reap the long-term money saving ability of WellEasy.
