Our Organic mayonnaise tastes just like homemade: hearty, fresh and creamy with the finest nuances of southern Italian lemons. We only use eggs from happy, free-range chickens and the purest sunflower oil for our mayonnaise. The acidity comes from the fragrant juice of lemons ripening on the hillsides above the Amalfi coast, rounded off by our own Dijon mustard made to a recipe dating back to the 13th century. The 2020 Great Taste Award judges found our mayonnaise to be "luxurious with a savoury yet fresh taste and a hint of acidity that prevents it from being too rich. Having so few ingredients means there is nothing to hide behind; this has been properly well made."
