Ingredients:

• 1 tin whipping coconut cream (or regular whipping cream)
• 1 tin coconut condensed milk (or regular condensed milk)
• 1 cup almond milk
• 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
• Good pinch of sea salt
• Honey, to taste

Method:
1️⃣ Refrigerate the whipping coconut cream overnight so it firms up.
2️⃣ The next day, whip the coconut cream (or regular cream) until soft peaks form.
3️⃣ In a separate bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, almond milk, vanilla bean paste & sea salt.
4️⃣ Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until smooth and combined.
5️⃣ Pour into a freezer-safe container (or a Ninja Creami tub if using) and drizzle with a little honey.
6️⃣ Freeze overnight until set.
7️⃣ Scoop, drizzle with extra honey, finish with a pinch of sea salt & enjoy ✨
