- Vilgain white chocolate drops
- Egg mould
Method:
- melt 1 cup white chocolate drops then whisk in matcha powder until smooth. Pour into the bottom of the egg mould and allow to set in fridge while making the filling.
- mix pistachio butter, collagen, almond flour and maple syrup. Push gently into the moulds, then pour over some more matcha chocolate.
- set in the fridge for a few hours.
