Directions:

Hold each end of the scraper.

Place it gently at the back of the tongue.

Glide it forward applying gentle pressure.

Repeat 5–7 times.

Rinse both your mouth and the scraper after use.
Cleaning & Care

To remove discolouration:

Mix 1 tbsp salt + 240ml vinegar + a small amount of flour into a paste.

Apply to discoloured areas and leave for 15–30 mins.

Rinse and dry thoroughly.

For deeper disinfection:

Boil in water for 5 minutes, remove carefully and dry immediately.
