Clearspring Organic Thai Semi-Wholegrain Sticky Rice is a traditional staple from northern Thailand, prized for its distinctive chewy texture and subtly sweet flavour. The rice retains some of its bran, adding extra taste and texture. Serve alongside salads and grilled vegetables, use in steamed or fried rice dishes, or cook with coconut milk for an exotic mango sticky rice pudding.
