This nourishing Cosmic Dealer bar blends smooth roasted almond butter with sun-dried figs, carob and a touch of sea salt, all wrapped in rich 75% organic dark chocolate. Inspired by the fig, almond and carob trees growing in the salty air of chef Vanessa Breuer’s Ibizan garden, it offers a warm, earthy, Mediterranean-style flavour experience.
Made with clean, short ingredient lists and no artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols, this bar contains around 80% less sugar than regular chocolate relying only on dates for gentle sweetness. Crafted using ethical, traceable cacao and organic wholefood ingredients, it’s a refined, wholesome chocolate moment.
