This artisan organic wild blueberry fruit spread is made using fully ripe Vaccinium myrtillus blueberries sourced mainly from local orchards in Italy. The fruit is gently cooked at low temperatures to preserve its natural flavour, aroma and nutritional value, avoiding the harsh heat typical of conventional jam production. Each jar contains the goodness of at least 184 organic wild blueberries, with just a small amount of organic grape and lemon juice and natural fruit pectin. The result is a richly flavoured, slightly tart spread that tastes vibrant and fresh, with sweetness coming entirely from the fruit itself.
