Hunter & Gather Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Avocado Oil is made from ripe avocados grown in Spain and Kenya. The fruit is hand-picked and sorted before its flesh is cold-pressed and physically filtered without hexanes, solvents or added chemicals. Its mild flavour and high smoke point make it suitable for frying, sautéing, roasting and baking. It can also be whisked into dressings and marinades, served as a dipping oil or drizzled over salads and finished dishes.

Made with one recognisable ingredient and minimal processing, this extra virgin oil celebrates the natural quality of ripe avocados, including suitable fruit that might otherwise be overlooked because of its appearance. It is high in vitamin E and packaged in recyclable dark glass to help protect the oil from light and oxidation.
