This smoky, creamy mayonnaise is made using 100% avocado oil the equivalent of over eight avocados in every jar combined with British free range egg yolk, apple cider vinegar and pink Himalayan salt. A touch of chipotle chilli, lime juice and lime zest creates a warming, medium heat flavour that’s beautifully balanced and naturally vibrant.
With its silky texture and clean ingredient profile, this chipotle mayo makes a flavourful addition to salads, roasted veg, grilled meats or simple dips.
