Hunter & Gather Organic Grass-Fed Ghee begins with organic butter produced from British grass-fed dairy. It is slowly and gently clarified to remove water and milk solids, leaving a rich, golden cooking fat with a deeply buttery flavour. With a smoke point of approximately 250°C, it is ideal for frying, sautéing, searing and roasting. It can also be folded into sweet or savoury baking, melted over vegetables and finished dishes, or blended into hot drinks.
Why you'll love it
This traditionally clarified ghee combines a rich, gently nutty flavour with excellent versatility in the kitchen. With the water and milk solids removed during clarification, it is naturally very low in lactose and casein.

Directions:
