Hunter & Gather Thrive Fuel® Pure C8 MCT Oil is a focused MCT oil made from organic coconuts, with more than 95% C8 caprylic acid. It is double steam-distilled without hexanes or solvents, creating a pure and neutral-tasting oil that blends easily into an everyday routine. Add it to coffee, tea or smoothies, whisk it into dressings and sauces or drizzle it over finished food. Its neutral flavour complements food and drinks without changing their taste, but it should not be used for high-temperature cooking.
