Directions:

Submerge one ramen nest in a pan of boiling water and cook for 3–4 minutes until soft.
Stir halfway through to separate noodles.
Meanwhile, empty one miso and tofu sachet into a bowl and top up with 150–180ml of boiling water.
Drain noodles, rinse with cold water, then add to the miso bowl.
Top up with more boiling water if desired and enjoy!
