This delicious mix of fruity Kalamata and spicy green Konservoeliá olives is traditionally hand-harvested and naturally cured for six months. Once perfectly ripened, they are marinated in MANI extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, oregano, thyme, and rosemary, before being vacuum-sealed in the jar. Rich in Mediterranean flavour and naturally fermented, these olives are perfect for raw food and vegan diets. Enjoy them as a snack, in salads, or as part of an antipasti platter.
