Minvita GABA Organic Sprouted Jasmine Rice also known as Germinated Brown Rice (GBR) is made using premium Thai jasmine rice. Through a natural germination process, the rice kernel develops higher levels of vitamins, nutrients, and amino acids, including gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a compound linked with relaxation and brain health.

Remember to:
Store in a cool, dry place.
Directions:
Use 1 cup rice with 1.5 cups water. Rinsing not required. Place rice and water together in a pot with a lid. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cook for 40 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
