These organic rolled naked oats are soaked and rinsed in pure water, allowing them to sprout naturally. During germination, complex nutrients in the oat grain begin to break down into simpler, more easily digested forms proteins into amino acids, and fats and starches into accessible carbohydrates. As the seed prepares to grow, its nutrient content multiplies, resulting in a sprouted food rich in vitamins, minerals and plant proteins.
