TBIF Lemon Pickle is a sweet, spicy condiment handmade using traditional lacto-fermentation techniques. It is made with native Kagzi lemons, a larger and particularly juicy variety grown from saplings sourced from a farmer in rural Karnataka. With no oil, artificial preservatives, additives, synthetic fillers or binders, this simple pickle brings vibrant flavour to rice, roti, parathas, upma and sandwiches. It can also be mixed into yoghurt to create a tangy dip.
