These chilli-infused jerky bites are made from premium beef sourced from cattle grazing in the clean, mountainous environment of Doupovské hory near Karlovy Vary. Featuring Angus for its fine grain and tenderness, and Limousin for its lean, muscular quality, this jerky combines depth of flavour with a satisfying chew. The meat is gently dried using a unique system to retain juiciness, then cured over fragrant oak wood and hand cut into small strips.
