The dough is mixed, shaped, baked and allowed to cool before being wrapped into four handy twin packs. Made without added sugar, the sweetness comes from organic xylitol a natural sweetener with around 40% fewer calories than sugar and a gentler effect on blood glucose.
With organic spelt flour, extra virgin coconut oil and a generous 13.5% of desiccated coconut, the cookies offer a satisfying balance of flavour, fullness and texture. They make an ideal companion to tea or coffee or a wholesome treat to keep sweet cravings at bay throughout the day.
