Vilgain Olive oil spray is a cold‑pressed extra virgin oil. The olives come from Italy, where they are also processed, and only mechanically - and therefore gently. As a result, they retain the maximum amount of health‑giving bioactive substances. The oil has a typical pleasantly spicy and bitter taste with hints of fruit. Olive oil is rich in healthy monounsaturated fats, which are often lacking in our diets. In addition, it has many other health‑promoting elements such as phytosterols, vitamin E and polyphenols.
