Vilgain Organic Tortilla Chips are made with just organic corn, water and a pinch of salt. The corn is cooked in hot water before being ground into a fine dough between lava stones, creating a simple base with no refined oils or artificial flavours. The dough is baked on cast-iron plates over an open fire and manually inspected before packing. The result is a crisp, fire-roasted corn snack with 8g of protein and only 1g of sugar per 100g.
