This organic extra virgin olive oil is produced from carefully grown Koroneiki olives harvested from a single estate in western Crete, Greece. Pressed shortly after harvest, the olives create a fresh, balanced olive oil with bright fruity notes and a gentle peppery finish that works beautifully across a wide range of dishes. Produced by family farmers with more than 40 years of olive oil making experience, this extra virgin olive oil reflects traditional Mediterranean farming and organic growing practices.
