To this we've added some organic cracked black pepper, sea salt and organic sugar to give extra depth of character. Just rub some Steenbergs Organic Salmon Rub on and grill or barbecue for 3 minutes each. "Tastes like toffee" according to our web designer as the sugar melts within the rub.
