Important Information
Your delivery will be packed and shipped separately to your WellEasy Order. It will be shipped on the following Monday to your order for delivery on Tuesday. Once we book your shipment on Monday you will have a notification that the parcel is being collected by the courier. Early on Tuesday morning, you will be sent a two-hour delivery window. If you're not in, don't worry, they will leave your parcel safe at your home. The ice and thermal boxes will keep your fish in tip-top condition until you arrive home.
All your fish will be shipped frozen to ensure optimal quality and freshness. When you receive your fish, cut the box open, and place your fish straight into your freezer, or into your fridge to defrost if using it soon after delivery. You can recycle the additional packaging such as paper pads or ice packets.

Organic Salmon Fillet Steaks
These are boneless fillet steaks from organically farmed Scottish salmon. The skin has been descaled. Organic salmon costs more than other farmed salmon and has a more attractive look and taste. The flesh is brighter in colour and the skin is shinier.
Wild Atlantic Cod Fillets
This is cod in its Sunday best. You're getting the prime cuts of the fillet - no tail, no flap, no bones. Fillet steaks are thick cut which gives you the flexibility when it comes to cooking them. They work well when baked as the cod can retain the moisture and will yield lovely large flakes.
Mediterranean Sea Bass Fillets
These Sea bass fillets are ethically farmed in Turkey. These fillets are typically 50% larger than you will find in the supermarket, so are a perfect portion for one per person. The skin is delicious: make it crisp by patting good and dry then rubbing in a pinch of salt.
Wild Mackerel Fillets
Not only is a fillet of mackerel very tasty, it is high in essential nutrition - it’s extremely good for you, it’s full of essential Omega-3. We tend to fillet fresh mackerel from either Scotland or Cornwall.
