The authentic chocolate flavour and velvety smooth consistency make it a great topping for toast, choc‑dip, baking ingredient or to flavour your morning porridge. But you can use it like any nut butter - even just a spoonful for flavour. We start the production with ghee. This is made by slowly cooking pure cow's butter and then filtering it (the classic way, without using chemicals). This produces 100% milk fat - lactose‑free, water‑free, protein‑free, with a more intense aroma and flavour than butter. At this point, the ghee is finished and ready for that next important step - mixing it with our 100% coconut cream, premium cocoa beans, cocoa powder and cane sugar. This combination gives it a rich chocolate flavor with a hint of coconut. For even better nutritional value and a creamier consistency, we've also added inulin fibre to make your digestion pure awesomeness.
