How to use Autoship
Set up automatic monthly deliveries of your favourite products, saving more time and money than ever before.
To use it, simply select the "Autoship" option on the product page when making a purchase. This will then get added to your current order and monthly deliveries thereafter.

Checkout with your Autoship items
Once you have added your favourites to cart, simply checkout and these items are now on autoship and will be delivered every month.
Manage your Autoship order
Get notifications 5 days before any order so you can make any changes to items in your order as well as have full control over your delivery date. You can still place one-time orders at ay any point as well.

What is Autoship?
Autoship is our version of ‘subscribe and save’. It’s a recurring shipment feature that ensures you never run out of healthy essentials. When you join Autoship, items you purchase will automatically be added to your Autoship Manager, where you can easily edit items, adjust their frequency, or change the delivery date of upcoming orders. As a member on Autoship with us, Autoship, you’ll also save an additional 5-10% on thousands of the best healthy staples and be eligible for free gifts too.
How does Autoship work?
You can activate Autoship on both the product page and checkout at anytime. When you’re on a product, you’ll automatically be shown the savings and price of an autoship item. From here just choose the delivery frequency of that item and click add to cart. Once you place the order, these items will automatically be added to your Autoship Manager, where you can edit (or remove) items, adjust their frequencies, or change an upcoming shipment date. We’ll send you a reminder five days before each Autoship order so that you can review your upcoming WellEasy box, add or subtract items, change the delivery date, or skip the delivery. In between Autoship orders, you can also place regular orders with new items or items already in your Autoship Manager.

Your Autoship order is very flexible and you can edit your items or shipment schedule at any time. By doing Autoship, you’ll always know that your price is better than anywhere else in the UK on thousands of products, and qualify for exclusive free gifts too.
How do I reschedule or skip my upcoming Autoship orders?
To skip your upcoming Autoship, all you need to do is head to your Autoship manager and click the skip button on your next order. If you want to rearrange a new date for the delivery then just choose a new date above the products you wanted to receive at a later date. This will then become the delivery date depending on the frequency of which you’ve set to receive it on.
How do I add or remove items in my Autoship orders?
To add items to your Autoship, you’ll need to go into your Autoship manager and search for an item on the store in there. Once you remove an items from you Autoship, this will remove it from all future boxes too. If you want to add it back at anytime, just search it on the store again and add it back in.
Do I get free gifts automatically in my Autoship orders?
No, the 'free gifts' are applied only if you place an order using the main shopping cart.
How do I turn off Autoship?
You can turn off Autoship anytime. Just head to your Autoship manager and cancel all products you don’t want in your WellEasy box. If you want to cancel Autoship entirely then simply cancel all products. Once you do however, you won’t see special discounts for Autoship items (5-10% off) or the ability to schedule recurring shipments. Turn Off Autoship here
How much time do I have to change or edit an Autoship order?
Five days before your box ships, we'll notify you via email to review the items. You can add, remove, and edit quantities of items up until 11:59 PM two days prior to your box ship date.
Can I have Autoship orders sent to a different address?
Yes! You can add and manage shipping addresses via your Account settings.
How do I know that I won’t get items that I don’t want?
With Autoship, it’s entirely up to you to choose the items you want in your WellEasy box! Five days before your scheduled ship date, we'll send you a reminder notification via email or text. You can add, remove, and adjust the quantities of your items up until 11:59 PM two days prior to your box ship date.
Will my Autoship items arrive at the same time?
So to protect the health of our planet, we will merge together all Autoship orders that fall within 12 days of each other. This means that if you have an item set to delivery every 2 weeks and one every 4 weeks, if there is an occassion where these orders fall within 12 days of each other they will be combined together. You’ll receive a notification for all Autoship orders put through and these will always arrive together.
What do I do if I get something I don’t want in my box?
We want to ensure that you have complete control over what comes in your recurring shipments. You can add, remove, and adjust quantities of items anytime via Autoship. If you receive an item you weren't expecting or are having trouble changing the frequency of your deliveries, please contact our Member Services team.
Are there any shipping costs associated with Autoship deliveries?
All of our Autoship orders follow the same shipping as one-off orders. Free deliver for all members over £39. Anything less than £39 will incur a £4.99 shipping fee.
Can I still place one-off orders?
Absolutely! Anytime you need any additional items you can order them as normal to arrive within 1-2 working days.
