A message from the founders
Our founders (Josh & Sonny) both had struggles with their health whilst at University. Sonny had fallen far too deeply into a calorie counting spiral and Josh had an operation with an unknown cause.
Despite wanting to live healthier, they soon realised how difficult it can be to find healthy products due to a food system that makes it expensive, inconvenient & confusing to do so. During the pandemic in 2021, they launched WellEasy from Sonny's parents garage with a mission to make healthy living easy and accessible for everyone.
Using a membership model made popular by Costco, WellEasy is more than just saving huge amounts of time and money. Your membership is a vote for a more accessible healthy food system for all.

How much does membership cost?
How does the 30 day free trial work work?
Every new customer gets a 30 day free trial when singing up to WellEasy. This allows you to experience the benefits of the membership including savings, free gifts and free carbon neutral delivery. Our 30 day free trial starts as soon as you checkout with it in your cart. No money will be taken from your account at this point and you can you cancel ay any time during this 30 day period to not be charged.
What happens after I get my vegan starter kit?
With your membership you are free to shop on all our 1700 healthy products on our store at prices up to 35% below the retail price. This includes the products you got in your starter kit but also over 800 more vegan products.
How can I cancel my membership for a full refund?
You can cancel your membership with a few clicks through your account section and then manage memberships. If you do have any issues you can contact us at help@welleasy.co.uk and we can cancel the membership for you.
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
Deliveries usually take 1-2 working days and arrive used DHL next day delivery. You will receive an email and text from then with updates on your delivery and you will get a 1 hour delivery slot as well. Delivery is free for all orders over £39 and anything below that will be charged at a fix price fo £4.99.
What is your savings guarantee?
We promise all members that if they don't at least make their membership back in savings during their time with us, then we'll refund the difference.
