Serves: 1 portion Time: 5mins Level: Easy Tools: Food processor / blender Ingredients: 1 handful of blueberries 1 handful of cauliflower (frozen) 1 tsp MCT oil or coconut oil 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp collagen 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 1 tsp Acai powder 200-250ml coconut milk / almond milk or water Method: Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until you have reached your desired consistency.
