• Food processor / blender

Ingredients:

• 1 handful of blueberries
• 1 handful of cauliflower (frozen)
• 1 tsp MCT oil or coconut oil
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tsp collagen 
• 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
• 1 tsp Acai powder
• 200-250ml coconut milk / almond milk or water

Method:

1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until you have reached your desired consistency.
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy fresh!
