Celery Boats With Almond Butter
A simple keto, plant-based super snack. These little celery boats are perfect for a mid-morning or min-afternoon pick me up.
Level: Super Easy!
- Chopping board
- Celery sticks (as many as you like!)
- 1tsp Almond butter per stick (or any nut / seed butter of choice!)
- Dark chocolate chunks
- Wash and chop the celery. Place onto a chopping board or plate.
- Add 1tsp of nut butter per boat, sprinkle with chocolate chunks
- Serve and enjoy!
