What You'll Need:
- 70g raw halo pure dark chocolate

- 125ml organic coconut cream
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ tsp cinnamon powder
- Pinch of salt
How to Prepare:
1. Start by melting the dark chocolate and using half of it to coat the moulds. Place the moulds in the freezer to set.
2. In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, raw cacao, coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and a pinch of salt. Blend until you have a smooth and creamy mixture.
3. Fill the moulds with the cream filling, leaving some space at the top for the final layer of chocolate.
4. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the top of the cream-filled moulds, covering them completely. Place the moulds back in the freezer to set.
Once the chocolate has set, your dairy-free chocolate treats are ready to be enjoyed!
