Easy and Healthy Homemade Marshmallows

Made with raw honey, gelatin, and natural vanilla, these marshmallows are a great source of protein, gut-friendly collagen, and natural sweetness—perfect for anyone who’s health-conscious but still wants a treat!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water (divided)
- 3 tbsp gelatine powder (supports gut health)
- 1/2 cup raw honey (natural sweetener with antioxidants)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract (or mix it up with cacao, matcha, or cinnamon for added benefits!)
Instructions:
- Add 1/2 cup water and gelatine to your mixing bowl and let it sit for a minute to bloom.
- Gently heat the other 1/2 cup water, honey, and vanilla extract in a pot (keep it below boiling to preserve nutrients).
- Slowly pour the hot liquid into the gelatine while mixing. Crank up the mixer to full speed for 8-10 minutes until it’s fluffy and aerated.
- Pour into a parchment-lined dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Once set, cut into cubes and enjoy a healthy, homemade snack!
