Recipe:

1 tbsp otzibrew dandelion coffee alternative
100m boiling water
250ml milk of choice
1/4 cup raw chocolate company milk or dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp WellEasy collagen
Pinch of salt
Maple to sweeten (optional)

Method:

Add otzibrew to a French press and fill with about 100ml boiling water. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
heat milk, add hot milk to a blender with chocolate, collagen, salt, and maple if using. Add the dandelion coffee and blend until frothy and creamy.
