Method:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and wet ingredients in separate bowl
  2. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry and mix thoroughly 
  3. Press mixture into a baking tray/mould lined with parchment paper
  4. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180 for 23-25 minutes
  5. Let sit for 1 hour before cutting into squares
