A zingy side. The perfect way to use up those left over avocados, tomatoes and lime juice! This adds a lot of flavour, nutrients and packs a punch!

Tools:

• Small mixing bowl
• Chopping board
• Knife

Ingredients:

• 1/2 an avocado (into chunks)
• 1/2 beef tomato (dice)
• 1 lime juice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 red chilli (minced)
• 1.5 tsp dried chilli 
• salt & pepper

• Cracker
• fresh rocket

Method:

1. Start by mixing all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and add onto cracker.
2. Serve and enjoy!
