Serves: 2-3 portions Time: 5mins Level: Easy Tools: Small mixing bowl Chopping board Knife Ingredients: 1/2 an avocado (into chunks) 1/2 beef tomato (dice) 1 lime juice 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 red chilli (minced) 1.5 tsp dried chilli salt & pepper To serve: Cracker fresh rocket Method: Start by mixing all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and add onto cracker.
