- Toss the thinly sliced pears in the cinnamon and arrowroot powder, then set them aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking powder, yoghurt, chia egg, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and plant milk. Stir well to create a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into an oven-safe dish. Arrange the cinnamon-coated pears on top, creating a beautiful layered effect.
