This Raspberry & Hibiscus Mocktail, featuring water kefir, offers a naturally sweetened and invigorating alternative to sugary mocktails. A deliciously light and healthier beverage choice. 

Ingredients:

Hibiscus Honey Syrup:

  • 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers or hibiscus tea
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup water

Raspberry Puree:

    Method:

    1. Combine all the ingredients for the hibiscus syrup in a saucepan and simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened. Strain and set aside to cool.
    2. Blend the raspberries in a blender cup to make a smooth puree.
    3. Add a tbsp of hibiscus syrup to the bottom of two glasses. Top with a shot of raspberry puree, fill with crushed ice, and then pour over the water kefir.
