Steenbergs Organic Fairtrade Turmeric is a vibrant, aromatic powder made from turmeric rhizomes grown by an organic Fairtrade co-operative in Sri Lanka’s Kandy region. Carefully processed by boiling, sun drying and polishing, the rhizomes are then finely milled to produce a rich golden powder with earthy, citrussy aromatics and a warm, lingering depth of flavour.
