Carrot and Ginger Smoothie
This anti-inflammatory and immune boosting smoothie is perfect for a summer breakfast or quick snack.
Time: 5 minutes
- mixing bowl
- chopping board
- 1 large ripe banana (previously peeled and frozen)
- 1 small knob of ginger
- 2/3 large carrots
- 200ml of almond or coconut milk
- Pinch of turmeric
- Handful of ice cubes
- 100ml of water (add more if needed)
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more water until desired consistency is reached.
