This nutty and herby spread will add flavour to any dish!
Time: 5 minutes
- chopping board
- Handful of cashews / 50g (soaked for at least 30 minutes)
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- Large handful of fresh basil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Large handful of fresh coriander
- Salt and pepper
- One small garlic clove
- 2tbsp of nutritional yeast (optional)
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until well combined. Add more oil if necessary. Enjoy!
