A hit of chia to start the day. This recipe is a great, simple breakfast idea which can be prepped the night before to make your mornings even smoother! 

Chia seeds are packed with fibre, omega 3's and protein. Making them a great fuel to start the day. The added benefit of maca powder helps to regulate energy, mood and hormones. 

Serves: 1-2

Time: 5mins (set time 20mins or overnight)

Level: Easy

Tools:

  • mason jar or small bowl
  • chopping board 
  • knife

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Add the chia seeds and liquid into a jar or bowl. Mix well. Next add in the maca powder and flaxseed and place into the fridge to set, either over night or for 20mins.
  2. Once the chia pudding has set, add onto yoghurt, almond butter and strawberries.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

This recipe will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
