Roasted Black Chickpeas
A crunchy, earthy delight! This versatile recipe can be used within meals to create a wider diversity of textures and flavours or it can be simply used as a nutritious snack to keep you fuelled between meals.
Serves: 4 portions
- Oven set to 180 degrees
- Baking tray
Optional spices to add:
- Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas using the sieve.
- Place the rinsed chickpeas onto the baking tray alongside the oil and other spices desired. Roast for 15-25mins stir halfway through. Roast until you have reached your desired crunch and then allow to cool before storing.
