Method:

  1. Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas using the sieve.
  3. Place the rinsed chickpeas onto the baking tray alongside the oil and other spices desired. Roast for 15-25mins stir halfway through. Roast until you have reached your desired crunch and then allow to cool before storing.
