A high protein tasty vegan dinner dish. This recipe uses minimal ingredients to create a scrumptious dinner in no time at all. Using the delicious fava bean pasta and tofu ragu, making your meal times easy and stress free.
Start by following the instructions on the pasta packet. Boil the kettle and place into the saucepan, alongside the pasta and cook for 5-7mins with the lid on.
Whilst the pasta is cooking, place the jar of ragu into the frying pan to warm through, add the spinach into wilt in the sauce.
Slice up the roasted red peppers into strips and place to one side.
Once the pasta is cooked drain and plate up. Add on top the sauce, roasted peppers and whatever toppings you fancy.
