Serves: 1-2 Time: 10mins Level: Easy Tools: Frying Pan Saucepan (With lid) Chopping Board Kettle Wooden Spoon Ingredients: 1 tsp of olive oil 1 garlic clove 10 cherry tomatoes 1 tbsp of Balsamic vinegar 1 handful of Spaghetti 2 handfuls of spinach Salt & pepper to taste Method: Start by boiling the kettle with enough water to cook the spaghetti. Follow instructions on the packet. Pre heat the frying pan and add in the chopped garlic and cook for a few minutes. Next add in the tomatoes and balsamic vinegar. Cook until the tomatoes have softened. Once the spaghetti has finished cooking add into the frying pan along side the spinach. Mix well, season and serve.
