No-Bake Chocolate Brownies
Rich, fudgy and irresistibly chocolatey, these no-bake brownies come together with just a handful of wholesome ingredients. Naturally sweetened with maple syrup and topped with a silky dark chocolate layer and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt, they're the perfect make-ahead treat to keep in the fridge whenever a chocolate craving strikes.

- ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Maldon sea salt, to finish
Method
- Line a small rectangular dish or loaf tin with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, cacao powder, maple syrup and melted coconut oil until a smooth, fudgy mixture forms.
- Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared tin.
- Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil until smooth, then pour over the brownie layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
- Finish with a generous sprinkle of Maldon sea salt, then slice into squares and enjoy.
