  • 2 of your favourite steaks
  • 1 small head of sweet gem lettuce
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ red onion
  • ½ cucumber
  • 60g feta cheese
  • Hunter & Gather 100% Olive Oil Greek Dressing


  1. Preheat a grill, griddle or cast iron pan, coat the steaks with avocado oil and sear on each side, finishing in the oven depending on your personal preference (rare, medium rare or well done)
  2. Allow the steaks to rest for 5-10 minutes after cooking, so that the juices can redistribute for an extra juicy steak
  3. Meanwhile, finely slice the vegetables and arrange onto 2 plates or 1 large platter
  4. Once rested, slice the steak thinly and add to the salad
  5. Finish with crumbled feta and a generous glug of Hunter & Gather 100% Olive Oil Greek Dressing

    Cake Directions 

    1. Start by preheating the oven to 175C and lining 2 round baking dishes with parchment paper greased with coconut oil or butter (smaller tins will result in smaller, but taller cakes and larger tins will make larger, shallower cakes)
    2. In a large bowl mix together the almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt until combined
    3. In another bowl or jug whisk together the eggs, Hunter & Gather mayo, water and vanilla
    4. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and whisk until a thick cake batter forms
    5. Divide the mixture evenly between the 2 pans and bake for 18-20 minutes until the top of the cakes are just set
    6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pans until cool enough to carefully remove and place on a cooling rack

    Icing Directions

    1. Add the softened cream cheese and butter to a stand mixer and beat until smooth (alternatively, mix in a bowl using a hand mixer)
    2. Next add the vanilla, cocoa and powdered erythritol before starting the mixer slowly and beating until thick and glossy
    3. Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes before frosting the cake

    To finish the cake, simply place one layer on a plate or cake stand - a small dollop of frosting under the base layer will keep the cake from sliding! Use ⅓ of the frosting to frost the top of the first layer before placing the second layer on top. Place the remaining frosting on top of the cake, spreading it out to the edges and down the sides of the cake to get an even layer. Divide into 12 even slices and enjoy!




    Fathead Base:



    1. Preheat the oven to 200C and line a pizza tray with parchment paper
    2. Add the mozzarella and cream cheese to a medium sized microwave-safe bowl and microwave on a high heat in 30 second increments, until both have melted
    3. Stir the two cheeses together for one minute or so, until they cool down slightly
    4. Add the egg, almond flour and garlic granules - use your hands to mix until the dough forms one cohesive ball - it will be sticky!
    5. Using your hands, press the dough into a thin, pizza shaped crust - the thinner the crust, the crispier it will bake
    6. Bake the crust for 10 minutes then remove from the oven and top with the Hunter & Gather Tomato Ketchup sauce, cheese and desired toppings
    7. Place your pizza back in the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown
    8. Allow to cool slightly before cutting and serving.
