• 1 mug of Almond or Soy milk
• 1 1/2 tbsp Ceremonial Cacao
• 1 tbsp Collagen (for added protein)
• Dash of Nutmeg and Ginger
• Dash of Honey (if required to make it sweet)
• Any Toppings

Method:

1. Heat the milk in a mug or pan until warm.
2. Add Ceremonial Cacao and collagen to the warm milk in the mug.
