This Cherry & Blueberry Gut-Healthy Gelatin Gummy recipe is a delicious way to boost your antioxidants and essential amino acids. Packed with nutritious gelatin and rich in glycine, they help rebuild your gut lining and give your hair, skin, and nails some love. A sugar-free and far healthier choice than store-bought sweets. 

Ingredients:

🍒 1 cup blueberries
🍒 1 cup cherries
🍒 125ml coconut water
🍒 1 tablespoon lemon juice
🍒 2 tbsp runny honey
🍒 4 heaped tbsp pasture raised gelatin powder (we recommend @OSSA for the best quality) 

Method:

1. Blend the fruit, coconut water, lemon juice, and honey.
2. Pour into a saucepan and gently heat.
3. Once hot, remove from heat and stir in the gelatine powder.
4. Pour mixture into silicone moulds (or a lined glass tray and slice when done) and let cool before putting in the fridge for at least one hour. Enjoy!
