Ingredients:

Method: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: oat flour, coconut sugar, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the wet ingredients: apple sauce, egg, vanilla extract, and liquid coconut oil.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until a cookie dough texture forms. If the dough is too dry, add a dash of water or milk as needed.
  5. Fold in the chopped dark chocolate chips.
  6. Roll the dough into mini balls and place them on a lined baking tray. Gently flatten each ball.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden and crispy.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool completely for the best crispiness.
