Regenerative Burger Recipe
Say goodbye to unhealthy takeaways and ultra-processed supermarket foods and say hello to this homemade burger night recipe. Featuring high-quality and regeneratively farmed burger meat, salad, avocado, tomatoes, sourdough buns, rosemary butter potato chips, no-nasties mayonnaise and gut-loving kombucha. It's a healthy, homemade feast!
Serves: 4 burgers
Preparation time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 burger meat
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cut
- 4 sourdough buns
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- a handful of salad
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dried rosemary

Extra virgin olive oil
Add mayonnaise and gut-loving soda to finish.
Method:
Season potato wedges with salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil. Cook in an air fryer at 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes.
- Make the Rosemary Butter:
Melt butter in a saucepan, add rosemary and garlic. Cook for a few minutes and set aside. Toss cooked potato wedges in rosemary butter.
Grill or pan-fry the burger patties until cooked to your liking.
Toast sourdough buns and place burger patties on the bottom half of each bun. Top with avocado slices, tomato slices, and the other half of the bun.
Serve burgers with rosemary potato chips, sauce and gut-loving kombucha.
