Keto Baked Porridge

A delicious keto take on the viral baked oats trend. This recipe is low carb, low sugar and plant-based too. Packing a variety of different nutrients to keep you fuelled throughout the day. 

Serves: 1-2 portions

Tools:

  • Oven set to 200 degrees
  • Saucepan
  • Small baking dish
  • Wooden spoon
  • Measuring jug

Method:

  1. Start by setting the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Whilst the oven is heating place the porridge mix, milk, cinnamon and nut butter into a saucepan, over a low heat, and gentle cook for 3-4mins.

  3. Once the porridge mix has thickened transfer into a small baking dish and cover with a handful of granola mix and then bake for around 10mins or until the mixture has began to brown around the edges.

  4. Top with whatever else you desire.

  5. Serve and enjoy
