Keto Baked Porridge
A delicious keto take on the viral baked oats trend. This recipe is low carb, low sugar and plant-based too. Packing a variety of different nutrients to keep you fuelled throughout the day.
Serves: 1-2 portions
- Oven set to 200 degrees
- Small baking dish
- Wooden spoon
- Measuring jug
For the Porridge base:
- 1 handful of Keto Granola
- Start by setting the oven to 200 degrees.
Whilst the oven is heating place the porridge mix, milk, cinnamon and nut butter into a saucepan, over a low heat, and gentle cook for 3-4mins.
Once the porridge mix has thickened transfer into a small baking dish and cover with a handful of granola mix and then bake for around 10mins or until the mixture has began to brown around the edges.
Top with whatever else you desire.
Serve and enjoy
